HISTORIC BUILDING
GETS NEW OWNER
wLarry
Weiser, president of Larry Weiser Co. LPA has
bought the 1849-vintage Hilliard Block office building,
the Warehouse District's oldest structure. Mr. Weiser
said he paid $1.1 million for the three-story, 17,000-
square-foot building at 1419 W. Ninth St., though that
price includes substantial personal property that was
part of the purchase. He and six attorneys associated
with his practice will occupy 5,000 square feet on the
second floor.
